No fee is charged from the author or institution under any name.

The journal does not charge authors for article submission or processing fees.
Authors and reviewers are paid royalties in accordance with the provisions of the Atatürk Supreme Council for Culture, Language and History Copyright, Publication and Sales Regulations.
In accordance with our publication policy, we do not accept sponsorship or advertising and all expenses of our journal are covered by our publisher.
