Abstract
Whereas the Gallipoli battles are studied in poetry, short stories and plays after the World War I, they became subject to novels further later. "...Ve Çanakkale 1 Geldiler, 2 Gördüler, 3 Döndüler" a three volume novel by Mustafa Necati Sepetçioğlu; written as a scenario for the Turkish Radio and Television at the beginning, later changed to a novel was published in 1989.
