Abstract

Popülist idea appeared in the period of constitutional monarchy and the independence war with the rise of public participation in politics began to change its characteristic. View concept of populism in the leadership of public party, which included ali public change into a form to educate the citizens with social ınstitutions in the frame of secularism ethnic nationalism and authoritarian centralism.
