Bakhtiyar Vahapzade’s Consciousness of Language and Identity

Abstract
Language and identity are the most important aspects completing the personality of human being in individualistic terms. Human being who wants to maintain his existence independently has to protect these aspects. Azerbaijani poet Bakhtiyar Vahapzade is aware of this state. Because of this, he has often touched upon language and identity of the individual in his poems.
In this study, Vahapzade's verses related to the consciousness of language and identity are dealt with in terms of the system of selfperception values.
